You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing hello@diegoday.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop emails we need to send you about a purchase you have made.

5. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information.

We share it with service providers who help us run the business, and only for that purpose:

  • Website and hosting providers, to run this site.
  • Email and CRM providers, to send emails and manage enquiries.
  • Scheduling providers, to book and manage calls.
  • Payment providers, to process payments.
  • Call recording and transcription providers, to record and summarise calls.
  • Community and course platforms, to give you access to what you bought.
  • Advertising and analytics providers, such as Meta, Google and TikTok, to measure and improve our advertising. This may include sharing a hashed version of your email address so those platforms can match it to an account and report on ad performance, where you have consented to that.
  • Our coaching, sales and support team, including contractors working on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
  • Professional advisers, and regulators or law enforcement, where we are legally required to.

If our business is sold or restructured, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, to understand how it is used, and to measure our advertising.

  • Essential cookies are needed for the site to function. These are always on.
  • Analytics cookies tell us how people find and use the site.
  • Advertising cookies and pixels, including the Meta pixel and TikTok pixel, let us measure which ads lead to enquiries and show relevant ads to people who visited the site.

Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent. You can accept, reject or change your choice at any time through the cookie banner on this site, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

7. International transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside the United Kingdom, mainly in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision.

You can request more detail about these safeguards by emailing hello@diegoday.com.

8. How long we keep your information

  • Enquiries and applications that do not become clients: up to 24 months from your last contact with us.
  • Client records: for the duration of the programme and for 6 years afterwards, to meet legal and tax obligations.
  • Call recordings and transcripts: up to 24 months, unless we need them longer for a legal reason.
  • Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, and for a short period afterwards so we can honour your opt-out.
  • Website analytics and advertising data: typically up to 26 months, depending on the provider.

When we no longer need your information, we delete it or anonymise it.

9. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@diegoday.com. We will respond within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.

10. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and vetted service providers. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take this seriously and review it regularly.

11. Age restriction
